Fragolino Wine?!

Question:

Fragolino Wine?

Does anyone out there know where I can find Italian Fragolino wine? I mean the rich fruity red that I had the fortune of trying in the mountains above Verona in my wild and miss spent youth?

I bought what purported to be Fragolino some years ago to find that it was a fizzy asti and not what I remembered at all!

I'm sorry, but all the Fragolino wines that I have heard of, or seen/tasted, have been a sparkling wine and very light (as opposed to rich). Could you perhaps be switching a couple of wines around in your memory? Sorry!!!

You can buy it in Italy, naturally! I live near Verona, but is diffucult find this wine out of Italy...i belive. Bye
