Does anyone else get flushed while drinking?!

Question: Either when I have put down one too many cocktails or just enjoying a night out in an over-heated restaurant I manage to get red.. If you know any way to prevent this from happening lemme know, please!

You can take an anti-acid (i.e. Tums, Pepcid, etc) and it, somehow, helps prevent the turning red thing. My husband turns red when he drinks (he is Asian) and has tried this and it worked!

Obviosly

yea, but ive usually had too much to care

I get red streaks that run down my face when I drink Jagermeister. I don't know how to prevent it. It will only take a shot or two to do this.

FYI: Some people (me included) when drinking red wine, will get stains on their lips and tongues, which will last about 24 hours. I have friends who can drink red wine all night and this will never happen to them.

a girl at my school drank moon shine at mardi gras and she thaught it was vodka. she looked dead and no one called her mom so she was just laying in the street the whole parade.

yeah and thats why i awlays lose my cloths

can't give you the scientific reasons why this happens, but it is common...for me, especially when drinking red wine...i just look at it as blush and color to my cheeks and where alittle less makeup...put alittle gloss on your lips and let your hair fall around your face and you will look pretty!!!

i do the same thing. usually my ears turn bright red first then everything else.

i dont get flushed but i dont feel the cold either...
