Bitburger is really affordable (read cheap) and actually the most popular draft beer in Germany. Much better bite than our popular brands here like Bud. Military types tend to either be Bitburger or Warsteiner fanatics and I find either of them in convenience stores all the time. But I live close to military bases, hehe
my g/f is German and we bought "Funf" it was really cheap and i even liked it. i only like Merlot normally
