Its seems impossible to get a bottle form anywhere apart from a nightclub, any suggestions?

I've seen it at pretty much every grocery store and liquor store in CA. jus get that and a bottle of Hypnotiq and you get you a drink called Thug Passion. hahaha i'm still waiting for a time to try that

I have only seen this in stores that sell hard liquor, last time was in the inner city.
