Corvo....rarely able to find it these days,an Italian job...
or Puily Fuise,a french job....

Champagne

then sancerre

A particular Margaret River 1998 vintage Chenin Blanc, but as for grape varieties, it would have to be Chenin Blanc-always. I'm so over Chardonnay. Next would have to be Pinot Noir.

I am torn between Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc or Cape Mentelle Sauvignon/Semillion. Well, from the price point of view, iwill go with Cape Mentelle's Sauvignon/Semillion, it's like 20% cheaper than Cloudy Bay.

Muscadet

Pinot Grigio or good old Chardonnay!

Actually, I prefer rose - White Zinfandel is the best

Jacobs Creek - Steingarten Riesling

One favourite? Oh dear.

As in 'just one'?

Oh dear, oh dear.
....

After much thought, it's got to be a Puligny-Montrachet.(Unbelievably good C?te-de-Beaune Burgundy.)

=)

Only one??? Eeeeek! I love Piper-Heidsieck champagne for special occaisions. But my favourite for other times is a nice Rosemount chardonnay. Lindeman's Bin 65 chardonnay isn't bad either.

Landmark - Chardonnay

It used to be oaky Chardonnay - can't stand the thought of it now. I like Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, but my favourite is Champagne, especially Veuve Clicquot.

Mmmm, a good Sancerre maybe, but i do love a good Pinot Grigio, and a good Semillion Chardonnay too....check out the Penfolds range of wines...they're pretty good!
