Why does beer taste good one day and bad the next ?!


Question: it just seems like there will be that day where beer is really good..a couple of days later i go to have one..and it taste frickin nasty.

If the beer in question is in clear bottles, they've been exposed to light for too long. Sunlight does very bad things to hops.

maybe you better leave that Pabst's blue ribbon and Falstaff bear alone dude. try a Stella Atois or a fat tire.

Yea it happens to me lots too.Just depends on the mood I'm in when I drink it I guess.

I recommend alternating between liqueur and beer.

I think it's a matter of how bad you want it and when you last had one. If you really want it and haven't had one in awhile, it's good, if you just had one it's not that great. I've done the same thing before, lots of times.

You know it happens to me sometimes too.... Great one day and the next day after the 1st sip it just taste right.
I suppose - unconsciously - maybe the body just doesn't want to have a beer. So what I do is change poisons!
