How long is Captain Morgan and Jose Cuervo hard liquor good for in the freezer?!

Question: There are no expiration dates on the bottles. After a week of being in my freezer, the Captain tasted a little off, but it was probably just me. How long can I keep them in there?

Distilled sprits are pretty stable (your freezer has little to do with it, it's the aclohol content).
Once opened, you'll see a little oxidization, but you're still looking at a shelf life in years, not days.

practically indefinitely. Even if you don't keep them in the freezer.

they'll be good for years and years

I Would imagine freezing liquor would make it taste odd
i dont think its meant to be frozen or chilled in a fridge even.

don't put your booze in the freezer, they will not go bad but they are highly flavored and designed to be consumed at room temp or iced to 32 degrees, your freezer is around 10-15 degrees, it turns down the good flavors and makes the off flavors stand out
as long as the lid was on and it was still in the glass bottle it should taste normal at room temp
if it was uncovered or in plastic it may have picked up a taste from the fridge, if so pour it out or give it to somone who likes vodka, they have no sense of taste anyway.

How do you make it last a week?

spirits don't go bad and yo don't need to freeze or even refrigerate it .
it will stay good indefinitely

until the seas are dried up

they will stay good for years

just until you drink them all up!
