Depends on how strong the drinks are.

Being someone that actually owns a breathalyzer, I say the whole thing is a scam and they are never accurate.

There are many different variables here - 1) the time lapse of the drinks 2) what the person had in their stomach before hand 3) if they were eating anything while consuming the alcohol or drinking water or any other non-alocholic beverage 4) if the person has any allergies to alcohol or is taking medication that is not meant to be taken with liquor.

just guessing with experience, i would say roughly 12.

if you drink 2 beers in 2 hours should be about .2 if you are about 200 lbs.. i was told that once..

A huge amount.. I am sure he was extremely drunk.'
Anything near .30 is medically dangerous.
.21–.29 Stupor
Lose Understanding
Impaired Sensations
Severe Motor Impairment
Loss of Consciousness
Memory Blackout

.30–.39 Severe Depression
Unconsciousness
Death Possible
Bladder Function
Breathing
Heart Rate

>.40 Unconsciousness
Death
Breathing
Heart Rate

5 beers or 5 shots in one hour start dying at .42 but some make it to .5 and comeback just minus a few brain cells

it's not really about how many drinks he had. it all depends on how fast he was drinking them, what he was drinking (whiskey is worse than beer), and how long ago his last drink was. at .26 i can tell you he was HIGHLY HIGHLY intoxicated. i was arrested for drunk driving and blew a .18 and i can tell u that i was beyond TRASHED lol
