If you want to store it, you should put it in a place where the temperature is between 52- 56 Fh. and far away from the sunlight, since this can also affect wine.
Only put wine in the fridge when you 're ready to drink it, don't leave for more than 3 days in the fridge if closed, if opened, use this wine to cook, since once opened, the contact with oxygen will change wine.

we almost always have a bottle of wine in the fridge. i'd say drink it, then when you have a date or whatever, well there's prob a liquor store in your town somewhere.
