Answers: dont know your state, but most states have a .1 limit. yes in my state you are definitly drunk

yes

duhhhh

Yea big time means u should be DEAD

yeah, but a couple more beers is not out of the question.

You should be nowhere near dead at .27, closer to .4 is risking death.

Dude you are wasted! .08 is legally drunk.

yup...........hiccup

it means you're pretty close to unconscious! remember, the legal limit to drive a vehicle (in CA where I am) is .08, so that means the CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT FELT THAT .08% was too drunk to drive a car. .273 is many times more!

Too drunk.

Dude, the limit is 0.08 that's what you should be under. Or esle if you were driving you would be arrested for drunk driving.

In most states it is. A 0.10 is drunk!!! You are almost dead.

yeah

.08 is the legal limit, .1 is pretty tipsy, if youre blowing a .273, id say youre wasted.

I suppose it depends upon what you mean by "drunk." According to most state governments, having a BAC of .08% means that you are "drunk," implying that you can't drive a motorized vehicle. However, depending upon one's tolerance, a BAC of .08 can render one quite drunk or in the case of some, without any symptoms at all.

The average person, however, will feel the effects of a .273% BAC quite strongly, with slurred speech, inability to concentrate, etc. The average person also will not be near death at this point. Most literature states that death is emminent at or around .4 or .45, which is probably a bit of an overstatement; one will likely be very-highly intoxicated and find themselves with a horrible hangover the next morning (and likely with alcohol poisoning) but will very unlikely not wake up the next morning. This would likely happen closer to about .5%.
