Try:
Bailey's on the Rocks
Malibu Baybreeze (Coconut Rum, Pineapple & Cran Juice)
Peach Schnapps & OJ
Pink Squirrel (Creme de Noyaux, White Creme de Cacao, Light cream)
Chambord & Sprite
Grasshopper (Green Creme de Menthe, White Creme de Cacao, Light cream)
Mother Pucker (Sour Apple Pucker & Lemon/Lime Soda)
Bocce Ball (Amaretto & OJ)
Fuzzball (Peach Schnapps & Lemon/Lime Soda)
Chambord Sour (Chambord & Sour Mix)
Malibu 7 (Coconut Rum & Lemon/Lime Soda)

These drinks use a liquor with a lower alcohol content as their base.

Just don't use so much alcohol....!!!

You can make any fruity drink with the schnapps but not the vodka or other strong liquor.

For a weak appletini, do 3-4 parts apple juice and 1-2 parts sour apple schnapps.

You can do that with just about everything, combine juice with schnapps and just not put in vodka.

Midori sour, Armaretto Sour. Basically any mixed drink where the spirit is only 25-40 proof. Now if you want to know how to get faded, hit me up and I can provide a book full of recipies that will put some hair on your chest : )

Well, the secret to homemade cocktails is that you can make it as strong or as weak as you want. Lemon Drops, are nice and you can make them weak.

1 or 2 shots of vodka
Fill rest of glass with lemonade
Top off with sprite.

It's delicious and you choose how much alcohol to put in!

midori sour is very light and you could drink those all night and not get drunk, has a very good taste

Midori is a liquor and its mixed with sprite and lime juice

Agree with mrsclh's answer above, thumbs up. Liqueurs are generally lower in alcohol content as she's said above (25-40 proof) and have additional flavors (ex. fruit flavors, creams, etc.) and sweeteners added to them to "dilute" some of the alcohol content. These, mixed in with other juices or sodas - will get your weak cocktails. Try the ones above, another example is a white freezie - 1 oz each of banana liqueur and raspberry sour puss and filled with sprite, in a typical 12 oz glass with ice. Quite nice actually.

sloe gin fizz, delicious!

Bellini, a mixture of champagne and fruit puree. I suppose one might not technically call it a cocktail as it does not contain spirits, it should work in a social setting

Sex on the Beach

step one: find cocktail recipe
step two: cut liquor amounts in half

step three: enjoy weak cocktail
