This is not recommended because of all the additives that go into any fruit juice that has been processed. There are certain acids that are added that will not allow the wire to ferment or mature into alcohol.
Visit a local brew shop and ask the clerk for some ideas.
Add a Pinch of Yeast. They do it all the time in Jail.
