Bailey's Irish cream would be great. There is also something called Carolyn's Irish cream and that is usually less expensive and (I think) just as good.
Try Kahlua

kahlua, frangelica, bailey's, peppermint shnappswould all taste good. trust me... i'm a professional (not all those mixed together... just pick one and add a shot.)
Coffee, chocolate or cream liquors would work well. For instance, Kahlua, Bailey's Irish Cream, Creme de Cacoa, etc.
Why don't you try Baileys Irish Cream? (approx 2 oz) With whip cream and a cherry or cinnamon stick for decor?
Peppermint or cinnamon Schnapps, Godiva or Chambord Liquer, Amaretto or Irish Cream are all great with hot cocoa. So is butterscotch schnapps.
A little peppermint schnapps is great in hot cocoa. Makes it taste like a peppermint patty, or thin-mint cookie. Yum!
