It's possible. One way the human body rids itself of toxins is through the skin. You may be getting skin irritations from sweating out alcohol and other poisons. Drink more water while your out drinking.

No way! I get these too and i've never heard of anyone else getting them. They go away usually by early afternoon.

It could be some kind of allergic reaction. I have a friend who reacts to whiskey like that. Her doctor said she's allergic to whiskey.
