Answers:
SCREAMING ORGASM

Ingredients:
1.0 part Amaretto
1.0 part Coffee Liqueur
1.0 part Irish Cream
1.0 part Vodka

Directions:
Mix all ingredients over ice ... pour into your favorite shot glass, enjoy.

Have one on me...lol

Generally, in a bar (which may not have ice cream), a screaming orgasm is vodka, kahlua, bailey's and possibly amaretto depending on the bartender. Throw a shot each of just about any combination of those things together and put ice cream in it and it's going to be pretty good.
If you like ice cream in drinks, you should also check out a Brandy Alexander.
