Question: i love stout beer brownies!!

Answers: i love stout beer brownies!!

What have I put beer into? Hmmm ... tiramasu, crème br?lée, cake, brownies, pies, even corn flakes (that's another story) ...

Beeramisu Recipe:

1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 eggs beaten (optional as they remain raw)
1 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
48 ladyfinger cookies
6 ounces (3/4 cup) Porter beer
1/2 cup brewed coffee, the stronger the better
1/2 cup cocoa

In a large bowl mix together the mascarpone, sugar, beaten eggs and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream. Set this mixture aside.

In a shallow dish stir together the Porter beer and the brewed coffee, Dip the ladyfingers cookies into the coffee mixture. Don't let the ladyfingers get soggy. Arrange them in a single layer in a glass casserole dish. Spread 1/2-inch layer of mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cocoa. Repeat this for the second layer. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

You can make a nice chocolate cake, the only fluid you use is Guinness. It is the best cake ever.

Seems to me....if you take a can of beer and set it on the table, quite close to where you are eating...and after you finish eating you drink the beer...I think that woulkd work????????

If you like that, try a stout devil's food cake. Or maybe like a stout fudge.

I usually put bailey's in my brownies, and my aunt makes one heck of a vodka cake.

a porter vanilla float. just like a root beer float, but made with a porter. favorite porter: black butte porter from deschutes brewery in bend oregon.

Instead of a root beer float, use beer instead and it becomes a beer float!pour it on something sweet like ice cream!

something with chocolate.

Well I was going to mention Guinness Chocolate cake but you seem to have included that in your own question.

Substitute an american lager for the water in any white box cake recipe. Even better if you can find a good Saison

Vodka Jello shots, or jello without putting it in the shot glasses.
