i work at a prominent liquor store and as a bar tender and those drinsks are a joke to all of us who sell them. Drinking these is like drinking a gatorade between drinks. Hangover headaches are caused by ethyl alcohol evaporating from your blood. There are "hangover pills" that also are sold and they are the same thing. Your are instructed to drink 12oz of water during intake of the pills. and you are to take them every two beverages you intake. In short drinking a bottle of water inbetween every two drinks keeps your body plenty hydrated and nourished.
A tip from me is to just stick to good ole water. Drink a bottle before you go to sleep for the night, and keep another on your night stand to sip on through out the night.
