when your body is affected by alcohol, it loses "focus". It doesnt pay attention to what is happening to it, and what is happening around it. When you are drunk, y ou lose balance.

this is a very common problem. and there is a very simple remedy! just drink some more and then you won't be able to stand up in the first place! then you won't have to worry about getting hurt or messing up your clothes.
also since you did a fairly good job of typing (i assume you're drunk right now), check and make sure your friends aren't puching or spinning you around.. they can be mean like that sometimes!!
