Help: Drinkig Problem (Too Much Alcohol)?!

Question: This is my story:
I have sezuires, the mildest form... im still not suppose to drink..
but i do... and my sezuires are normal its kind of werid.. i seem not to even have any when i drink.. they more less come when im stressed and thinking way too much.
anyways, my drinking gets out of hand on the weekends.. or anytime i do drink.. i drink with freinds.. then when i go out i keep on drinking till the partys over.... and even when its over.. im drunk and i still want to keep partying.. and i dont rember anything the next day just bits and peices.. i do some really stupid stuff when i drink (like normal when your drunk) im not a alcholic but i do LOVE drinking!! and i want to know how to cut back.. and keep it at one or two drinks.. thats it
is there any groups you can join in Toronto Ontario for Moderate Drinking.. I have tried looking it up but cant seem to find anything. Any thoughts is greatly appriacted .

Thanks!

One thing to remember is that you might feel like you are not hurting yourself but others can see it. When I was young I drank heavily and felt fine....but an old man where I drank pulled me aside and told me he could see that I was drinking too much. I will never forget it and he saved my life....or hardships to come.
It is a hard game to play and when the alcohol finally catches up it is very hard to know it yourself. I still have a drink now and then but do not abuse it. Good luck.

Sorry to break this to you, but if you feel you drink too much and need help cutting back, you are in fact an alcoholic.

Start taking vitamin B supplements to replenish what you lose. Your seizures could be due to a lack of vitamin b, my friend is a nurse and tells me about people who are stuck in the hospital from drinking too much and not replenishing the vitamin B.

AA is the most successful program in the world, to stop drinking.
Try out one meeting from the lsiting below.
I chose the Ontario link, but there may be a location that is closer.
It's worth a try..Good luck!

You certainly are an alcoholic. Blackouts, binge drinking are all signs. If alcohol relieves your seizures so would anti-seizure meds. Go to a few A>A> meetings. You don't have to have stopped to go to meetings but only requirement is a desire to stop drinking. Good luck partner.Take a real close look at your self.

there is never TOO MUCH alcohol!!!!!!!!
