What is your favorite brand of whiskey?

Thank you... I love this question. I am an avid whiskey drinker, and I love all types and flavors. I have had many brands of whiskey before. Beam and JD when i'm poor, Crown , Jameson and Makers when I have some extra cash, and Famous Grouse and Laphroig when I feel like splurging.
Of all the diversity in my whiskey-laden life, I would have to say that my overall favorite is Wild turkey 101. This is taking many considerations into play. Considerations such as taste, harshness, amount to get me drunk, bottle appearance, proof, geography, type of drunken stupor and aroma.
Whatever your personal preference may be, always be grateful that we were blessed with this spirit. The true nectar of the gods, whiskey.

I'm pretty partial to Jim Beam, myself.
Back when I used to drink... Lagavulin.
I was pretty partial to a sifter of good, peaty, highland single-malt.

My favorite whisk'e'y is Blanton's Bourbon
But my real favorite is whisky (spelled without the "e") with that I love peaty Islay whiskies such as Ardbeg, Laphroaig and Port Ellen also Speyside whiskies such as Aberlour and Glenrothes.
I don't drink much any more but when I do I demand the best!
