You know how people are. So judgemental.
So, this guy pulls a flask out of his pocket and starts to drink from it...
The person watching say's to him "I think you have a problem"
The guy looks back and say's "No. Your just upset because I have the solution. It is you that has the problem".

And the "Problem" is.... But a very good philosophical saying. Well done !!
