1/2 shot Frangelico? hazelnut liqueur
1 lemon wedge
Directions
Mix equal parts Absolut Citron and Frangelico into a shot glass. Drink the shot, and follow it immediately by sucking on a sugar-coated lemon wedge.

in S Africa a 'chocolate cake' shot or shooter is Frangelico liqueur (Italian) & good vodka , sunk in one go, followed by a bite into a lime/lemon wedge sprinkled with a little brown sugar.

Equal parts Absolut Citron and Frangelico. Chill and strain. Coat lemon wedge with sugar. Suck lemon juice and sugar, hold in mouth. Take shot, swallow all at once. Don't really get it but it tastes just like a bite of chocolate cake when it's done right ;)
Equal parts Vodka and Frangelica. Chill in shaker, then strain into a shot glass. Shot the yumminess then chase it by biting down onto a sugar coated lemon wedge. For a Birthday cake, use citrus flavored vodka and brown sugar on the citrus wedge.
