How long has it been sitting out LOL if it has alcohol in it don't worry unless it says refrigerate after opening I'm a bartender and sometimes we don't go through a whole lot of it and it sits on the bar for weeks just shake it before you use it.
Indefinitely. I never refrigerate mine...gets better as it ages. When I first got it, I stuck it in the frig, my sister told me that being in the frig would stop the aging process...it does get better with age.

if you don't use it much just be sure to rinse the cap so the sugars don't stick........no need to refrigerate
Any alcohol is fine without being refrigerated, it just depends on the way you like to keep it for your own consumption. All booze should be kept with a tight seal, otherwise, you risk evaporation (called Angel Kisses by some bar managers) and fruit flies. It can be argued that sweeter alcohol is best preserved in a cool spot.
