A good wine?!

Question: whats a good sweet wine just to have a glass or 2 after work

That's a question with a very broad answer.

If you're looking sweet, most American whites fit the bill particularly Reislings or Chardonnays, in addition to being boring. Best served slightly chilled. Good on late summer afternoons.

If you want sweeter, consider dessert wines like Icewine or Port. Higher in alcohol content, but great with dessert.

MATEASE ROSE--------TOP CHEF

I like Concord. It's a red wine. Very sweet, tastes exactly like the grapes right off the vine.

Lambrusco

Bracchetto d'Acqui, red sparkling sweet Italian wine.

Maddog 20/20 or Thunderbird ...or was it nighttrain

sorry don't remember.

Conundrum. It's made from a bunch of different grapes. Very yummy and refreshing after a long day. Don't be intimidated by the screw top, it is anything from a cheap tasting wine!

Enjoy!

Lambrusco - it's a red wine that's served chilled. very good, also considered a dessert wine

Riesling, Chateau St. Michelle - white wine that's yummy and light. served chilled

Arbor Mist - Blackberry Merlot - mmmm. cheap and good. served chilled

These are sweet wines that I like....hope you decide to try them!

this is the absolute very best wine Lambrusco by riunite [dauni] the perfect wine ! servr with a little ice, or just chill and enjoy ! the butcher....

My favorite sweet wine: Forrest Glenn White Merlot. It's inexpensive and very tasty. If your liquor store (or wherever you purchase it) doesn't carry it, you can ask them to order it for you. Heck, if you don't like it, I'll buy the rest of the bottle off of you! :)
