Anytime you've consumed alcohol. In my state, it's against the law to drink and drive, period. Any consumption of alcohol is against the law. It's only a question of intoxication, in Oklahoma.
if you have more than 2 drinks its not worth driving for the simple fact is you might not be drunk but its a DWI and 10 grand waiting to happen
When I have more then one drink in 30 minutes. I would rather be safe then sorry. I always have a DD or I am the DD. It's not worth it to take the risk.

Depends on which car im driving, if its my big a** old classic car, its too scary to drive after any booze, its a big car. With my little get-around, its when i am slumped down too low to see over the steering wheel, its a little car.
