Red is preferred - full-bodied and dark. If it really is worth the money I *may* be willing to spend $1-15 more. More than one suggestion is appreciated, as are reviews.
Answers:
Hogue 2003 Genesis Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a spicy wine with anise, clove and coffee bean accenting its bright fresh cherry and raspberry fruit flavors. It is a rich, full-bodied, expressive wine that still shows some finesse with fine, almost powdery tannins and well-integrated oak. Tobacco and black pepper linger on the finish. Pair this wine with grilled tri-tip steak, aged cheeses or dark chocolate. ($13.99)
De Martino 2005 Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are blended with Malbec and Carmenère grapes to produce a deep red wine with violet hues and an intense aroma of blackberry, cherries and truffle. Great volume and cherry flavor. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Serve with pasta, red meat, and aged cheese. ($11.99)

For 15 bucks you probably wud like to get jacobs creek. Not too bad...what else you expect for 15 bucks?
Greg Norman has some good wines. Yes the golfer from Australia has some very good Australian wines. Also Clos Du Bois is a good inexepensive wine.
I'm a big fan of Guy and Terry's Fat Bastard, especially their Merlot and Shiraz. My folks are big fans of Ruffino Cianti, which is good when i'm at their place, but it's not my everday choice.
Donna Fugata Sedara ...it is a Scicilian red that is full bodied and a great wine for the money.
JLohr Cab, it's about 14. Great Cab.
Tobin James Cabo or Zin, about $15.
Eberle Zin.
