The more sophisticated would be Gin crantini. The most used would be gin and juice. Either way I love it!!

a martini is basically a cocktail containing gin or vodka. add cranberry juice, you got a crantini. to specify a crantini made with vodka instead of gin, it's a vodka crantini.
A Gin Crantini - But I protest this title as I personally believe a martini should only contain vodka or gin and vermouth. The addition of other agents prevents it from being a martini.
It is also know as a "gin and cranberry" or "cranberry gin" and should only been know as these.
