If by "productive" you mean "production," this could be any role within a brewery that is involved in actually making the beer. This could be any number of jobs, from sparging grain to adding hops to the wort or fermentation tanks. I suppose it would also be sanitation and maintenence - brewing is an exacting, and unforgiving, art. Absolute cleanliness is critical.
"Support section" could be "customer service"? This could be an individual who works with the various distributors to make sure the product goes out in a timely manner, a represenative of the brewery who handles inquiries directly from consumers, or something along these lines ...
