Blue is my fav. Then Red and then the White (not too into triples or blondes but love dubbles and quads). And yes, it can aged for years and take on other characteristics. Age a few and try them maybe every year and take notes on the flavor and the changes...
Blue. Chimay recommends that "Blue" actually be aged similar to wine to improve its already high quality. Try doing this with a Bud and you have a can of flat pee.
