Happy Birthday!

So far, everyone's been recommending fairly sweet things. If you like fruity sodas (like Hahn's, for example), you will like what they are recommending. If your taste is more toward ginger ale or club soda with lemon, you might like what wine drinkers call something "dry." If that's the case, try Gloria Ferrer or something from Mumm or Domaine Chandon in a sparkling wine ("champagne"). Be careful with the Port wine...it's a fortified (extra alcohol added) wine, and if it's not good, it'll taste like cough syrup! The recommendation above is good, though. Lindeman's is pretty nice.

Asti Spumonte is a good sparkling wine, at a reasonable price.

If you can find it, try the German wine, Graff. It's a Riesling. It's the best wine under $10.

Vineyard: 14 Hands
Year: 2005
White Wine: Chardonnay
Price: $12.99 PRICE VARIES BETWEEN $10.99 to $15.99

mmmhmm it is soo elegant, and not too strong....deliciouss especially with sea bass ; )

Yo, I'm 21, and not a real big fan of wines/spirits. But, try out some Sandemann Port. Port is a type of wine that has been aged in specific type of barrel, tastes really really good. Party on dude!

I agree with "miss amy". german riseling is the best!!

Flat out cheap wine that taste like juice and doesn't have too much alcohol in it as well so you wont get that icky drunk feeling is Arbor Mist. They have a bunch of flavors like tropical passion fruit etc...just be carefull if you are drinking a lot you might want to buy some chaser or make sure to drink a couple glasses of water before bed because the sugar content is high with any white wine. Have a Happy Birthday!! Congrats!

Any Reisling is a good bet. Additionally, Chianti is good. Most of the California wines are tasty and not that expensive.
