depends on the county and you have to think about other expenses..
you need to pay for the building, sound system, furnishings, bar, liquor(enough to open up), employees, etc...
most cities will not issue you a liquor license without an occupancy permit (usually issued after an inspection from the fire marshal), and at least 1 million dollars in liability insurance. and most insurance companies will not issue you a policy without an irrevocable letter of credit. if you successfully manage to jump through those hoops, the cost of the liquor license is minimal and is the least of your worries.

Depends, but always alot! Dancing permits are a bit different, but if have a dj and dancing, they will demand you have one. Liquor, dancing and money is what government makes a mint off of. Make sure your building code with fire etc. holds enough volume to allow dancing. They can easily get you if they want. Just be sharp enough to know the law in this environment. Good Luck!
