How long does wine keep?!

Question: I'm not a wine drinker but I love to use it when I cook. I usually use dry white wine, Marsala or Sherry. How long can I keep those in the frig once they're opened? I have read only 1-2 days, is that true? Do they sell small bottles of those types or what would you suggest I do if I'm only using a small amount about once a month?
Thanks

You can leave a bottle of wine out on the counter at room temperature and it will keep for about a week.
A white wine, resealed and put in the fridge should last at least 3 weeks.
The smallest bottle size of wine is 375ml., about half the size of a regular bottle, but this will oxidize faster than the big bottle.

If you open the types of wine you mention, reseal them, and keep them refrigerated, they can be kept for quite some time. They will eventually start to lose some flavor but should not spoil. If kept too long, they will turn to vinegar which can still be used for cooking.

.

Wine that has not been open can keep for years..
Red wine open can keep up 5years, Wine wine open can keep upto 2 years.. After a while they start to taste very bitter thats when you have opened them...
