Help for a hangover?!

Question: Hi everyone. Last night I drank way too much wine and I threw up around 6-7 times (that's what my husband said anyway, I don't remember a thing) and today I feel terrible. I'm really shaky, my head hurts like none other, and i feel like I'm going to be sick even when I drink water. I can't sleep it off. It hurts to look at the computer screen. Any advice?

According to the book "Eat this, not that," suggested hangover items are orange juice, cold water, Gatorade, and toast with preserves.

Meat Pies-the hangover solution!

emergen-c, and lots of water

Yes, learn from this mistake, deal with it now as it will eventually go away, and don't let it happen again

Lemonade

Ouch....sorry, nothing but time will get rid of that feeling. Try eating something...even toast to help with your queasy stomach.

Have one more drink,, that will take away some of the symptoms, then lots of water, an aspirin, and some protein food like bacon & eggs & toast.

Take a multivitamin, u can't keep water down, that's bad, only time will heal but try & drink a green tea, and gingerale for an upset stomach, and a Motrin extra strength, put a cold cloth on your head & next time u get drunk drink tons of water & take the multivitamin B4 u go to bed.

Normally I drink the beast that beat me. If you can numb the pain with that buzz again you might feel better. Try drinking water in between your next outing.

The best advice I can give you is, don't drink so much! Especially wine, which will give you the worst hangovers.

I can't help you at this point, but when I used to drink a lot (back when I was young and foolish), I would take a couple of Tylenols and chew a few Tums before going to bed. Sort of a preventive measure, and it usually kept the hangover to a minimum.

But next time, remember how you feel this morning. Was it really worth it?

Juice a few carrots with a knob of fresh ginger and plenty of Neurofen tablets then a few hair of the dogs: you should sleep like a baby ...

Water

Tylenol, try to eat and sleeping it off is about the only thing that will help. Lol, its going to be a long day. If you can swing it really, hair of the dog, a "bloody mary" might help.

Pedialite anything is great for rehydration, they don't taste bad either.

alkaseltzer and 2 panadols.

Diet coke and a vicodin. Works every time.
