Ummm ... you type part of your question in lower case letters, and the rest in CAPS?
You drink and get bored,then decide you need to answer questions on Yahoo because you now see things "clearly" and the questions are easier.Or I could watch you pound about 6 drinks in 30 minutes and wobble.
The best answer (not mine) is to have someone move one finger in front of your eyes and you try to follow.If you are impaired,you either won't be able to follow,or your eyes will "shake" back and forth.
You do things you wouldn't normally do and say things you wouldn't normally say.
If you slur your speech and you keep falling over. Maybe you might find someone who you didn't like quite attractive.
