What drinks do you recomond to order at the bar?
I don't want to order easy drinks I could just as well make at home. I always want to try complicated ones that are worth ordering out. I do like a long island, but am looking for something else to choose.

anyhow , Mohitos are good,Manhattans,Margaitas
note specifiy wich brand of liquer you want they will use the
rot gut cheap stuff if you dont specify. ie dobra, ancient age.....
home game: salty dogs, screwdrivers,Cosmopolitans,kub... libre's,....
Try a Carmel apply martini they are to die for. You can get hooked on them if they are made right. Be sure to ask for a good vodka such a Blue Goose, I also like Absolute.

Out: "Vodka soda w. lemon" [you can "call" whatever brand of vodka you like. Maybe you like raspberry vodka, say "Raspberry Stoli soda with lemon (or lime or "no fruit")]
At home: fill a glass with ice, put a shot of vodka in it. Fill with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
