Low Alcohol Beer?!

Question:

Low Alcohol Beer?

Is there a beer that is low alcohol?
I'm not talking about the "non-alcoholic" beers, just a beer that can get a person a little drunk, but not too drunk. :)

Answers:
In Minneosota, grocery stores can only sell something call 3.5 beer. The beer at liquer stores has a greater alcohol percentage. Its all the regular brands, just with less alcohol. Some call it 3 5. I think this is also what they sell at the metrodome for Vikings games, to keep the fans tame. Found this too - has percentages

Yes, there is absolutely 'no alcohol' beer that is available in the market. Beer, generically, is any alcoholic beverage produced through the fermentation of starchy material (e.g. barley) and which is not distilled after fermentation. The process of beer production is called brewing. Because the ingredients used to make beer differ from place to place, beer characteristics such as taste and colour vary widely, and consequently its type or classification.

But to get a little 'pink' one needs to drink at least a low alcoholic beer, non-alcoholic beer can not make you even a bit of so called 'drunk' :).

Its alcohol that tries to control your senses! :) so cheers!!

.

carlsberg lol

Just drink less.....

Or get the non-alc beer and mix it half and half.

Yes, but what's the point in drinking it?

You're thinking of the non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic beers as two separate things when they are not.

Low Alcohol Beer is also commonly known as Non Alcohol (NA) beer, which is a fallacy as all of these beers still contain small amounts of alcohol. Low Alcohol Beers are generally subjected to one of two things: a controlled brewing process that results in a low alcohol content, or the alcohol is removed using a reverse-osmosis method which passes alcohol through a permeable membrane.

Read those labels!

Or you just get one beer that is really good and drink that.

try Milwaukee's best..tastes so bad u cant drink much.lol

I heard there used to be. I'm not sure about now. You can check the alcohol content right on the label of the bottle or packaging to see if some kinds have less than others. The person who works at the package store would be the best person to ask, especially if it's the owner. Sorry I don't have any more specific info.

English milds are usually about 3% alcohol, though they're hard to find. You can always ask the bartender to make you a shandy. This is typically 3 parts lemonade and 1 part ale. You can substitute the lemonade for ginger ale.

Yes, try Michelob Ultra-Light.
