What tempreture should a beer cellar be kept at?!

Question:

What tempreture should a beer cellar be kept at?

I am doing an NVQ Level 2 in hospitality, i have exams on thursday and this is one of the questions!!

Answers:
For real ale, Cellar temperature is around 12 - 13 C (54-57 F).
Somewhat cooler than room temperature

Lagers, pilsners, wheat beers, milds, etc) can be kept at the lower temperature of 8 C (45-50F).

As well as knowing I prefer my beer at a refreshingly lower temperature!

all fridges should be kept between 0-4degrees C

it should be 12 - 15 degrees

If you keep keg beer then 12 to 15 degrees c.is cold enough.
If you keep bottled and canned beer 1 to 5 degrees c. is preferred.

11 to 15 Degrees

11 - 13oC (approx. 54F), If they say this is wrong they are talking pants, as this question cost me my 2% for a perfect score in the Belhaven Brewery exam, so you tend to remember things like that, good luck on the exam.
