Is There Any Significant Difference Between MGD and High Life?!

Question: In my house, when ever someone goes and gets beer (4 of us are over 21), there is always a little debate between getting MGD and High Life. I think they taste exactly the same and therefore getting High Life is better, since it is cheaper but i am always told "no way, MGD is way better." Is there any difference between the two beers or are they the same thing?

MGD is cold filtered, which is a complicated process involving filtration at sub-zero temperatures resulting in a cleaner taste.
High Life is the original Champagne of Bottled Beers. Standard American Beer at a high quality, every time.
The main difference is the type of filtration used and the amount of hops used. Very slight difference, but taste the two side by side and I guarantee you will notice a slight difference.

No, there is not really much difference in beer taste.

Yeah, broke college students drink MGD and homeless guys drink highlife. ;)

I don't think there's a real difference, but I have only had the two once before. They tasted the same to me.

They are almost the same: like a party in my mouth. . . and everyone is throwing up.

I really don't like High Life, but i like MGD. I think High Life tastes like there is sugar added to it. Kinda tastes sweet if you know what I mean?

never had MGD (didn't want to be too gangsta growing up)
high life is the bomb diggity

and if they were the same, they would be called the same beer, unless this is some great marketing scheme!!!

MGD is a better beer, High Life is a lite beer. I am totally into MGD, have been for years. It's just a heartier taste.
