I like a German Reisling wine, mildly sweet, after dinner. Excellent.

I like Australia wines out of the ones you mentioned. However, I prefer Pennsylvania or New York wines. Mount Nittnay Tailgate Red.......mmmmmmmmmmmm

not sure where they are from, but i love mondoro, rose regal, and maneschewtz ( i think that's how it is spelled) elderberry, blackberry and concord wines

I've been knocked over by $10-$20 btls
over $30-$40 btls

Pinot Noir is my favourite, especially from New Zealand or from the Mornington Peninsula or Yarra Valley (both near Melbourne).

White: One of the best wines that I've ever had is a pinot grigio by the brand name of Voga. It's from italy and the thing that sets it apart from others so that you can find it in the store is that it has a large black plastic screw top over the cork. This way you don't have to worry about re-corking it to put it back into the refrigerator, you can just use the convenient screw top and throw the cork away. Other than that, it is probably the most smoothe wine that i've ever tasted and I highly suggest it. It ranges from $14-20 depending on the store.

Red: Anything by Chateau Ste. Michelle is my favorite. It comes from the Columbia Valley in Washinton. They have a wonderful Syrah and a great pinot noir. (I am also a fan of their pinot gris, but obviously this is white, and voga blows it out of the water.) It also runs in the $12-20 range.

An Expensive Option: Another great choice would be a Cabernet Sauvignon from Robert Mondavi's Reserve collection. In my opinion this is also the smoothest cab if not one of the smoothest red wines that i've ever had. This wine is, however, over $100 typically. ESPECIALLY if you order it online. It's a great special occassion wine and absolutely worth the price.

Hope this helps.

Robert Mondavy Merlot. Excellent!

any kind of chardonnay from California and the cheaper the better, must be the grapes.
