I use all sorts of juices, honeys, and fresh fruit. It all depends on what I'm making. If you're asking about wine kits from a homebrew shop, I've never made one myself, but have heard nothing but good things about the Vintner's Reserve brand kits.
my mom does.. all she does is put fruit ( dont kno what kind ) into a container jar thingy N let it sit there for months... it works
