Answers:
Few, if you are referring to the (rarer) 151 proof version.
Some for the 190 proof, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia included.
California, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Washington apparently outlaw both 151 and 190 proof varieties.
But there are ways around this, apparently Indian reservations and Amish communities have somewhat of a loop hole for this.
Nevada is the only state that I am aware of.
Virginia, for one.
I believe that it is illegal in all 50 states, mainly because there is no tax being collected.
