I have been drinking less alcoholic drinks, but I still get Hangovers, Why?!

Question:

I have been drinking less alcoholic drinks, but I still get Hangovers, Why?

Answers:
It is most likely the amount of water you are drinking like several others have suggested.

It could also be influenced by the purity level of whatever you are drinking (cheap products have a greater tendency to use chemical to get at the target taste rather than using quality ingredients).

You need to drink more water, I know sounds wierd but it is 100% true

It's true about the water, it really helps.

It could be, too, "what" you are drinking.

I love beer but it gives me a hangover every time when nothing else does.

Some people are sensitive to chemicals in alcoholic products called congeners. Products such as red wine and bourbon are famous for these.
If you cannot quit drinking all together, try a good vodka. It is almost pure alcohol and water.

sign of dehydration. could also be allergy to some foodstuff type e.g., chocolate or caffeine. Most likely water shortage. Take care, hope this helps.

hi my dad told me he always drinks 2 glasses of water be for bed and takes to paracetamols & he never has a hangover ive started doing that & ive never had a hang over since
