Depends; whether or not i have salt and lemon. if i do then yeah, if not then just straight or with a chaser.
I like to bite the lime, lick the salt from my hand and toss back the shot. However, I prefer it in a margarita.

Oh hands down with the lime and salt lemons are pretty good too but you must do body shots makes it more exciting.
I'm not really sure if anyhting can really be said on this, so I'll work off of what has been said:
-No salt and lime, thats for tourists and pre-pubecent girls
-The training wheels thing is great, especially when you say that to a group when one guy ask for "salt and extra limes"
-I whole-heartedly agree with the body shot exception...it is perfectly ok to take salt and lime when you are licking it off someone neck and plucking it from thier mouth, respectivly.
Enjoy the flavors of the tequila, don't mask them. You don't use salt and lime when you drink a good Cabernet, right? Well the same time, care, and effort goes into making a decent tequila...

I would not recommend that unless it is a premium brand of tequila like Patron. The lower-end stuff tastes horrible without the lime and salt.
I need the salt and lime myself. Except for maybe Patron Silver, I can't do many tequilas straight like that.

With only a bit of lime. No salt,..... i dont like salt at all.

No lime or salt, when you drink good tequila you don't need anything else...
Some tequilas I highly recommend are Casa Noble, Fina Estampa, Tesoro and Chinaco.
If you have not tried them you should
drink 100% blue agave tequila :)
