What is a non-alcohol substitute for blue curacao?
I am looking to make Blue Hawaiian drinks for a party with a few of my friends but I have two friends who don't drink. I don't want them to miss out on the fun so, what can I use to substitute for Blue Curacao that does not contain alcohol? I’m looking for something that will give the drink the same visual effect and has a hint of the Blue Curacao flavor if that’s possible.

I would suggest you get one of the syrups that coffee houses use to flavor lattes. They make an oragne one and you just may have to add blue food coloring to their drink. I think that would be your best, and most inexpensive option. You should be able to get it an any grocery store, or coffee shop.

blue curacao is orange flavored liqueur, just blue. go with something that flavor, but very sweet
