Do you that you've already paid for a flavor, and you want 1 extra pump?
Then NO! And if they do, call corporate.
They might charge you extra for extra Caramel Sauce, tho; that depends on the store, I think. (Caramel Sauce is that ooey, gooey, thick sauce on a Caramel Macchiato.)
