Does liquor cause high cholestrol?!
Answers: if liquor does not cause high cholestrol then what causes it
I also heard that 1 cup of wine a day is good for you. Especially during a meal. (john told me so) And i do know that liquor does not cause high choestrol at all. Its in the foods you eat such as oily, fried stuff like fries and burgers and so forth. But i say check out your doctor and ask what you should stay away from and what you should eat more of such as pastas and breads. You know like the food pyramid. lol
NO IF FACT WINE WILL ACTUALLY HELP IT. YOU BODY MAKES IT AND IT IS IN HIGH FATTY FOODS
Cholestrol is a naturally occuring substance in the foods we eat. It is a fatty substance that builds up in your system over time.If you eat foods that are high in cholesterol then you are at risk. There are two types of cholesterol good and bad.
You are best asking your doctor because high cholesterol causes blockages in your arteries.
It is not caused by liquor or alcohol.
Yes! According to http://www.drdonnica.com/toptips/0000040...
to "Lower Your Cholesterol and Triglycerides:
Reduce alcohol intake considerably. Even small amounts of alcohol can lead to large changes in plasma triglyceride levels- and alcohol is very high in calories."
