Yes, the lions brew is imported from Germany.
You can still find Stroh's around however it is now being brewed by Pabst.

The still brew Lowenbrau! As for Stroh's I am not sure, I have not seen it for sale but we do mention the beer during comparisons.
I have not had either in years also. However, I'm going to Germany in a couple of months...probably have the chance to quaff a few lowenbraus then. And eine bit bitte.
