How many calories in beer? Spirits?!

Question: It all depends on the beer and the spirit. A light beer will have between 95 and 124 calories. Regular beer will start at 125 and go up and up and up from there.

Spirits average about 75 calories in an ounce. Most shots are 2 ounces and would be 150 calories. Add to that the calories from the mixer and you are well over 200 in most cases. If you are drinking it on the rocks you are generally drinking a double shot and taking in 300 calories.
