Hi, what's the best or most unique cocktail you've ever had/made?!

Question: I'm trying to put together a bar menu for a class assignment and I need some ideas

Answers: I'm trying to put together a bar menu for a class assignment and I need some ideas

Oooh, I'm a cocktail waitress, so I've got some good ones:

Vodka, peach schnapps, blue curacao, cranberry. (Tastes like grape Kool-aid!)

Jamaican Quaalude: coconut rum, hazelnut liquor, dark creme de cacao, cream.

Irish Car Bomb: Bailey's, Jameson Irish Whiskey, and that dark Irish beer, I forget the name. I've never drank this but hey, you said unique!

Not the same site, but some friends and I ran a night with a random drink generator. Sometimes you're pleasantly suprised, other times you're on the fast track to hugging the toilet.

"trashcan"---exactly what it sounds like. Served in a KFC bucket, with at least five straws.

Chocolate martini

Mine was called bucketslop....anything I had in the house mixed together with any fruit juice and a splash of ginger ale..
Very unique....and the beauty of it is it is never the same twice !!!

Shooter. Like a B-52, layer: Chambord, Baileys, floater of Scotch. Called a "Voodoo Lily".

it was called "strawberry kiss"

Asti Mondoro. strawberry liquor Creme de Fraise Marie Blizard. 3-4 fresh strawberries.

Vodka, Pomegranate, Splash of Sprite

Delicious...

Try this recipe

In a glass jar infuse 2 cups vodka with 6 Serrano chili peppers. Allow to steep 1 week or more.

Then add to a cocktail shaker with ice;
1 part spicy vodka
1 part fruit cran-raspberry juice (or any other juice)
1 half lime juiced
Shake until frosty, Serve in a martini glass rimmed with sugar.

I don't have a name for it yet, but it's the most refreshing thing I've ever had:

1.5 - 2 shots of good gin (I like Beefeater)
1 Mike's Hard Lime
1 shot lime juice

It's delicious, refreshing, and extremely efficient at getting you messed up. Good summer drink.

I always liked bellinis.

2/3 cup white peach puree (use yellow peaches if white not available)
1 teaspoon raspberry puree
1 bottle chilled Italian sparkling wine such as Prosecco or Asti Spumante Brut

Place 1 1/2 tablespoons puree In the bottom of each flute and add 2 - 3 drops of the raspberry puree. Add sparkling wine and serve.

Raspberry puree: Puree fresh or frozen (thawed) berries in a food processor.

Peach puree: Peel fresh peaches, cut up in pieces and blend in a food processor.

Serving glass: Tall champagne flutes

'bloody brain'.
If I remember correctly, it was a clear strawberry liqueur,
with Bailey's irish cream that was added slowly.
the Bailey's formed a brain-looking ball suspended in the middle.
Then a small amount of Benedictine (which is blood red)was dripped over the brain.
It looks just like what the name says.
Quite impressive to watch being made, too.

vodka sunrise is about as exotic as i get, but i love a bourbon slush.

Sex with an Alligator
Shake 1/2 oz each of Malibu,Midori, and pineapple juice
strain into martini glass
slowly pour 1/2 oz chambord(or Razzmataz)and it will sink to the bottom
then float 1/2 oz Jager on top
Drink all at once

I had a "Warp Core Breach" at Quark's Bar at the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas. It's a big ol' fishbowl with 2 or 3 different kinds of rum, some fruity liqueurs and, I think, cranberry juice. And dry ice, so that it's bubbling and steaming. Tastes like candy and wipes out brain cells like a phaser set to kill...

A nonalcoholic margarita! It was good,I don't drink. I like your avatar,by the way!
