I'm also interested in a bartending job in NJ!
Do you have any experience? If you do, just check out local restaurants, pubs etc.
If not, it will be more difficult. Most places want someone they won't have to spend too much time training. Look into a bartending school (I went to National Bartending in Woodbridge), most of them offer job placement.
